Adams has extensive experience in human resources, operations management, and training coordination, with previous roles at Dot Foods, Berlin Packaging, Birkenstock USA, LP, The Walking Company, and Tradehome Shoes. Adams holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
