Sharon Donovan

Sharon Donovan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Sharon began their career as the Executive Director Nursing Services at Ballarat Health Services in 2001 and then moved on to become the Chief Nursing Officer/Executive Director Ambulatory Services at Alfred Health in 2005. Sharon then joined Uniting AgeWell as the Chief Executive in 2011 before transitioning to Epworth in 2014 as the Executive Director Clinical Services. Most recently, they have been working at Mercy Health Australia as the Executive Director Nursing Midwifery & Aged Care Clinical Practice since 2018.
