Thomas Chan

Thomas Chan has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Thomas began their career as an Emergency Physician at Epworth HealthCare and Cabrini HEALTH in 2004. Thomas then joined Monash Health in 2000, where they held various roles including Emergency Physician and Director of Emergency Medicine. In 2015, they joined Austin Health as the Director of Emergency Medicine and remained in that position until 2020. During this time, they also served as an Adult Retrieval Specialist and Coordinator at Ambulance Victoria in 2009. In 2011, they became a member of the Clinical Network: Emergency Stream at the Department of Health Victoria. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Monash University. Thomas Chan attended Xavier College in Melbourne from 1982 to 1985. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Melbourne from 1986 to 1991.
