Michael Davenport

Michael Davenport has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael served as Chief Medical Officer at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center from January 2016 to present, and also had the same position from January 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Methodist Hospitals as VPMA/CMO starting from March 2009. Michael started their career at Advocate Health Care in February 1996 as VP Medical Medical Management and held the position until February 2009.

Michael Davenport received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Pre-med from Yale University, where they attended from 1972 to 1976. Michael then pursued further education and obtained an MD degree from the University of Illinois Chicago between the years 1976 and 1980.
