Wildon Farwell

Wildon Farwell is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in the biomedical field, currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Satellos Bioscience since July 2025. Previously, Wildon held various roles at Dyne Therapeutics, including Medical Advisor and Chief Medical Officer, from March 2021 to December 2024. At Biogen, Wildon was the Global Medical Head of Neuromuscular Diseases and Vice President of the Pain, Neuromuscular & Rare Late Stage Unit from March 2019 to March 2021. Wildon also served as an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and as an Associate Epidemiologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Wildon holds a Master of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Medicine.
