Carolyn Reid is an accomplished urban planner and real estate development professional with extensive experience in creating affordable housing. Currently serving as Associate Director of Real Estate Development at Mercy Housing since September 2015, Carolyn has progressed through various roles within the organization, contributing to the development of affordable, supportive housing in Illinois and Wisconsin. Prior experience includes roles as an Urban Designer/Planner at CodaMetrics and Planner/Urban Designer at The Lawrence Group, where Carolyn focused on zoning ordinances and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a BA in Architectural Studies from The University of Kansas.
