Fatmah Farraj

Fatmah Farraj serves as the Vice President of Regional Operations at Mercy Housing since 2010, where responsibilities include coordinating multi-year and annual plans focused on real estate development, resident initiatives, and resource development, along with managing operating budgets and financial forecasts. Previously, Fatmah held the position of Director of Operations at Mercy Housing, analyzing financial statements and collaborating with the Senior Asset Manager on cash flow and forecasting issues. Earlier experience includes working as a Cash Management Specialist at optionsXpress from 2004 to 2006. Fatmah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1998 and 2003.
