John Felix

John Felix has been working in information technology for over fifteen years. John started their career as an IT Director at Gunnison County, where they stabilised the legacy environment and upgraded enterprise systems. John then moved to Tree Top, Inc. as Director of Software Services, where they transformed the IT department, introducing continuous improvement and standardising or replacing legacy code. Finally, they took on their current role as SVP of Information Technology at Mercy Housing. In this role, they are responsible for driving critical technology advances and building a new culture of business partnership and collaboration.

John Felix's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. John also has certifications from Dale Carnegie in Corporate Leadership Training, Impact Achievement Group in The Performance Advantage, Management & Leadership Development, and CTG Professional Development in XL/IMS Interpersonal Management Skills.

They are on a team with Melissa Clayton - SVP, Portfolio Management, James Alexander - President, Mercy Housing Southeast, and Joe Rosenblum - General Counsel. John Felix reports to Ismael Guerrero, President & CEO.
