Kindel Dillon

Kindel Dillon, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare operations and patient advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Experience and Innovation Center Operations at Mercy Medical Center since 2014, Kindel has held several key roles within the organization, including Director of Patient Experience and Patient Services Manager. Prior to this, Kindel worked as the Food and Nutrition Services Director at Laurels Peak Rehabilitation Center from 2011 to 2014. Kindel holds a Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dietetics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
