Previously held roles include IT Operations Systems Manager, System Engineer at various organizations, and Deputy Director of Infrastructure for the State of Alabama Office of Information Technology. With extensive experience in server management, staff leadership, and infrastructure improvements, Dale has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, implemented innovative technological solutions, and provided tier III support across multiple domains. A veteran of the Alabama Army National Guard, Dale possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Troy University.
