Justin Gonzalez currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Delivery at Mercy Ships, a role encompassing global operations planning, execution, and continuous improvement to support the organization's mission of providing medical care in underserved areas. Prior experience at Mercy Ships includes positions as Senior Director of Planning and Implementation, Fleet Projects Director, and Senior Project Manager, where Justin was instrumental in overseeing global recruiting, operational excellence, and the successful maintenance and delivery of the MV Global Mercy hospital ship. Previously, Justin held roles such as Program Manager and Senior Maintenance Manager in the US Navy, and Justin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
