Nathan Jansen

Nathan Jansen currently serves as the Managing Director at Mercy Ships, leading a talented team dedicated to providing hope and healing in Africa. Previously, Nathan held multiple roles at Samaritan's Purse, culminating as the Senior Regional Director for the Western Super Region, where leadership focused on mobilizing shoebox gifts for children globally. Nathan’s earlier experience includes serving as a Ministry Initiative Leader at TEAM, fostering international partnerships and mentoring missionaries while living in Indonesia. Nathan began a career in retail at Circuit City, eventually rising to the position of NW Sales Manager & Consultant, contributing to the region's exceptional performance. Educationally, Nathan holds a Master's degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Theology and Intercultural Studies from Multnomah University.
