Kimberly Henderson, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM campaigns, having served as Senior Manager at Mercy since October 2022. Previously, Kimberly was the Founder of Kharis, LLC, where the focus was on crafting compelling narratives to elevate client success. Kimberly held the position of Assistant Vice President at Ansira from November 2014 to September 2021, where data-driven marketing strategies were developed for over 30 clients across various industries. At New Balance, as Relationship Marketing Manager, Kimberly increased subscriber retention through targeted CRM initiatives. Kimberly’s career began in email marketing at Brown Shoe Company, managing significant revenue generation for multiple brands, followed by a leadership role at CNET Networks. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
