Phil Martin

Starting out as a Paramedic, Phil went on to build a strong healthcare career having held clinical, operational, and senior leadership roles during his 14 years with St John Ambulance.

He holds post-graduate qualifications in health leadership and emergency management and is also a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors, having previously served in a number of governance.

Joining MercyCare in mid-2019 as General Manager of Residential Aged Care, in 2021 Phil stepped into the role of Executive Director of Aged Care and Disability Services where he will focus on building a connected and supported team who strive to provide the best possible care to service users.
