Oliver Quinn

Oliver Quinn is a seasoned executive in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Meren and as a Non-Executive Director at Impact Oil & Gas and Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas. With significant experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial development, Oliver previously held the role of Senior Vice President for Corporate Development at Kosmos Energy, overseeing various corporate strategies. A background with leadership roles at Ophir Energy and Hess Corporation, complemented by formative positions at Fairfield Energy and Shell, has provided Oliver with extensive expertise in business development, operations, and government relations across multiple regions including Africa and Latin America. Academically, Oliver holds a PhD in Petroleum Geoscience from The University of Edinburgh, a BSc (Hons) in Environmental & Resource Geology from The University of Manchester, and further training from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
