As the Consumer & Commerce Practice co-lead, Toby oversees a portfolio of brands that ranges from CPG brands to quick service restaurants to consumer durable goods and professional services. With over 30 years of experience in all of these categories, Toby combines cross-industry thinking with marketing discipline to help drive business results. More importantly, Toby understands how to harness the power of collaboration, be it working within one agency across all the disciplines of MERGE, or leading an Integrated Marketing Communications model across many diverse agencies for one Client. This spirit of collaboration also fuels MERGE’s ability to dig deep into a Client’s business- working with Clients, and understanding their business needs, not just marketing needs, allows Toby to bring the right solutions to MERGE’s Clients in the Consumer and Commerce space.
