Derick Achombom

Derick Achombom, CISM, is a seasoned cyber security professional currently serving as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst at MergerTree Solutions, a Cyber5 Company, since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice (BOP) from August 2019 to February 2022 and a Cyber Security Analyst at Legacy Development & Management from June 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities encompassed the classification and categorization of information systems using the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Derick Achombom holds a Master of Business Administration in Cyber Security Management from UW-Whitewater College of Business and Economics, acquired between January 2020 and May 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in December 2018. Additionally, an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications was obtained from St. Paul Computer Center from February 2009 to February 2011.
