Nilesh Jadhav

Nilesh Jadhav has a long and varied career in the tech industry. In 2006, they started as a Flash Faculty at a Private Institute and a Graphic and Web Designer at Aayus Technologies, Pune. In 2008, they worked as a Flash Developer at BC Web Wise Pvt. Ltd., a Graphic/Web Designer at Atos Origin, and a Game Designer/Developer at Spiel Studios Pvt. Ltd. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Sr. Developer at Grey Group. From 2013 to 2017, they were Co-Founder/Director of Design & Technology at Qurious Media. From 2017 to 2022, they served as Senior User Experience at IMGNRS. Currently, they are a Senior Product Designer UX at MergerWare, where they are responsible for implementing products from concept through deployment, standardizing all output with a new, responsive, mobile-first approach and strategy, and assessing UX and UI designs for technical feasibility.

Nilesh Jadhav has an extensive educational background. Nilesh started their educational journey in 1991, when they obtained their SSC from Vidyadham Junior College of Science Shirur. In 2000, they obtained their HSC from the same college. From 2002 to 2007, they obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Design and Painting from BKP Sabha's Abhinav Kala Maha Vidyalaya. From 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Multimedia PG Diploma in DACA (CDAC) from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), LinkedIn, and Project Management Institute, ranging from Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman to UX Design: Analyzing User Data.
