Kendra Lee

Kendra Lee is an experienced executive with a long-standing career at Merichem Company, serving as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1996. Previous roles at the company include Chairman of the Board and Secretary and Treasurer, where responsibilities encompassed corporate record maintenance, stockholder relations, bank and credit facility negotiations, casualty insurance management, cash management, and risk management.
