Roland Vogl

Co-Founder; Board Member at Merico

Roland Vogl has a long history of work experience. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Law Clerk for the European Commission and a Press Associate for the European Parliament. From 2001 to 2003, they were an Associate at Fenwick & West. From 2003 to 2008, they were the Executive Director and Lecturer in Law at Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology. In 2006, they co-founded and became a board member of Vator.tv. In 2012, they co-founded and became a board member of SIPX, Inc. From 2013 to 2015, they were a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Law Technology News at ALM Media. From 2015 to 2018, they were a board member of McCain Inc., a company of the SWARCO Group. In 2018, they co-founded and became a board member of Merico.

Roland Vogl obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck between 1992 and 1998. Roland then went on to obtain a Dr. iur. from the same university between 1998 and 2002. In 1999, they attended Stanford Law School where they earned a JSM in Law. Roland also attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2012, completing an Executive Education Program.
