Julie Barnhill

Julie Barnhill is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality systems and compliance within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Senior Technical Specialist at Meridian BioGroup - Pace® Life Sciences since May 2010, Julie Barnhill specializes in designing and managing quality systems to meet FDA and global regulatory requirements. Previous positions include Sr. Manager of Quality Systems at Osiris Therapeutics and QA Compliance Manager at Actavis (formerly Alpharma Pharmaceuticals). Julie Barnhill also held the role of Sr. Manager of Process Development at Charles River Laboratories, leading projects for clinical biologics, and served as Director of Quality Control at Chesapeake Biological Labs, overseeing method development and validation for clinical and commercial products. Julie Barnhill holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Chemistry from Trinity College-Hartford.
