Catherine A. Sazdanoff

Catherine A. Sazdanoff is the President/ CEO of Sazdanoff Consulting, LLC, providing healthcare strategy and business development advisory services, and is Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Compliance and Legal Officer for Strata Oncology, Inc., a precision oncology company, among other clients. She is an independent member of the Board of Directors of InMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (TSX: IN; OTCQX: IMLFF) and a member of the Advisory Board of Neurocern, Inc., a dementia insurtech company. Catherine is a lecturer in the Business of Biotech program at the University of Chicago Graham School for Continuing and Professional Education and serves on the External Advisory Board of the Rosalind Franklin University Innovation and Research Park. Ms. Sazdanoff's prior corporate roles include Chief Business Officer at Strata Oncology; a number of global corporate positions with Takeda Pharmaceuticals including VP, Global Business Development, VP/Head of Corporate Projects, and VP, Corporate Development; and Abbott Laboratories, where she held numerous executive positions covering legal, compliance, and business development. She received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.​
