Harshit Shihara

Harshit Shihara has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Harshit is currently working as a Vice President at Meridian Capital Group since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pacifica Companies as Director of Acquisitions from February 2018 to September 2021, where they obtained financing worth over $1.3 billion for various assets and worked on debt instruments such as CMBS loan, Balance sheet loan, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD loans. Harshit also served as an Acquisition Analyst and Asset Manager at Pacifica Companies from October 2017 to October 2018, where they underwrote and evaluated acquisition targets, developed asset management models for multifamily properties, and performed budget analysis for Home Owner Associations.

Harshit also worked as a Financial Analyst and Business Development at Pacifica Companies India from May 2017 to October 2017, where they used financial modeling for affordable housing projects and developed a business plan for a Sales and Marketing company.

Prior to their roles at Pacifica Companies, they had internships at airtel, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, RITES LTD, and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Harshit also underwent training at L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited.

Harshit Shihara completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management focusing on Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they also briefly attended the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.
