Mark Dechert

Mark Dechert has a strong background in the financial industry, with extensive experience in credit risk management and strategic projects. Mark most recently worked at Meridian Credit Union as the Director of Business Credit, leading a team of Credit Specialists and actively participating in the drafting of industry guidelines and policies. Prior to that, Mark held various roles at Scotiabank, including Vice President of Global Risk Management - Commercial Credit, where they managed risk and oversaw strategic projects. Mark was also a Board Member at RMA Toronto.

Mark Dechert attended the University of Guelph from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with Distinction.
