Deep Desai has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Before MYOB, Deep worked at WNS Global Services as an Operations Associate, and at Sage Automation India Private Limited Pune as a Graduate Trainee Engineer, where they were responsible for installation and configuration of automation software.

Deep Desai obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Instrumentation and Control from Atmiya Institute Of technology and Science. This education took place from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2016 and 2017, Deep Desai pursued a Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision at Ara Institute of Canterbury. Additionally, Deep Desai obtained a certification in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in April 2020.
