Jez Keyworth

Jez Keyworth has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Jez began their career in 1990 at Powergen as a Unit Operator, responsible for the safe and efficient running of steam turbines and coal-fired boilers. Jez then worked at PowerGen CHP as a Shift Team Leader, overseeing the operation of a combined heat and power plant. At Intergen, they held the role of Operations Shift Team Leader, managing the day-to-day operations of a 860MW CCGT plant. Jez later joined EDF (UK) as an Operations Shift Manager. More recently, Jez worked at Mercury Energy and Mercury NZ, where they held various roles including Geothermal Production Team Leader and Production Technician. Jez is currently a Generation Team Lead (Trades) at Meridian Energy.
