Operations Support Specialist at Meridian Energy

Jo Greig has a diverse work history spanning from 2006 to 2022. Jo began working as a Senior Travel Consultant at The Adventure Centre in December 2006 and stayed there until October 2009. Jo then worked as a CSR/Assistant Manager at The Rental Car Centre from November 2009 to May 2010, handling vehicle bookings, insurance issues, and staff management.

From 2010 to 2017, Jo worked at Meridian Energy, initially as a Field Service Analyst and later as a Metering & Field Service Analyst at Arc Innovations. In these roles, they handled service orders, assisted with enquiries, performed system testing, and monitored health and safety issues for smart meter deployments. Unfortunately, they were made redundant due to restructuring.

Jo's next position was as a Sales Floor Team Member at Mitre10 Mega from July 2017 to February 2020. Jo provided assistance, information, and guidance to a variety of customers, including tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts.

Since 2020, Jo has been working at Vector Limited as a Customer Excellence Rep - Metering. In this role, they have focused on providing excellent service to customers in the metering department.

Most recently, in August 2022, Jo joined Meridian Energy again as an Operations Support Specialist. The details of their current role are not provided.

Jo Greig completed their education at two different institutions. In 1980, they attended Kaikorai Valley High and completed their School Cert, studying subjects such as English, Maths, Japanese, Accounting, and Typing. Additionally, in 2000, they attended Career Link College in Dunedin, New Zealand, where they earned a Diploma in Travel, Tourism & Computing, specializing in New Zealand as a Travel Destination.
