Karen Andrews

Karen Andrews has extensive work experience in various roles related to organizational development, learning and capability, and training.

Karen worked at Meridian Energy from 2015 to the present, holding positions such as Organisational Development Lead, Learning and Capability Lead, Senior Capability and Development Specialist, Senior Learning Specialist, HR Programme Manager, and Technical Training Manager.
