Customer Delivery Compliance & Process Specialist at Meridian Energy

Raewyn Wikatene began their work experience in 2012 as a Workflow Coordinator at Polson Higgs, where they were responsible for managing outsourced work, addressing IT issues, handling administrative tasks, and improving procedures. Raewyn then moved on to BDO International Limited in 2012, where they continued their role as a Workflow Coordinator, supporting the transition of business amalgamation and serving as a payroll administrator. In 2013, they became a Director at Wicked Solutions Ltd, a position they held until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in various aspects of running a business. Also in 2013, they joined Meridian Energy as a Sales Representative and Technical Support, providing technical assistance to retail sales channel staff. Later, they took on the role of Sales and Systems Specialist at Meridian Energy, supporting sales managers in delivering outstanding customer interactions and implementing process improvements. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Customer Delivery Compliance & Process Specialist at Meridian Energy, focusing on ensuring compliant high quality customer care and supporting staff to achieve their targets. Prior to their tenure at Meridian Energy, they also served as a Board of Trustees Member at Phillipstown School from 2011 to 2013, where they participated in financial planning, strategic development, and liaison with Ministry officials.

Raewyn Wikatene completed a Diploma in Accounting at CPIT (Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology) in 2009, with a focus on Level 5 coursework. In 2010, they continued their education at the same institution by pursuing a Diploma in Business, specializing in Level 6 studies. Additionally, from 2008 to 2011, Raewyn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management, from CPIT.
