Jill Nyenhuis

Jill Nyenhuis, CPCU has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jill began their career at ExamWorks (formerly Medical Evaluations, Inc.) in 1997, where they served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, managing a remote-based editing team and providing training in cover letter writing strategies and workers' compensation injury claim management until 2011.

From 2011 to 2018, Jill worked at Crawford Evaluation Group. Jill held various roles during their tenure, including Professional Consultant, Operations & Quality Assurance Manager, and Quality Assurance Specialist. In these roles, they redesigned report styles, improved report quality standards and turnaround, created job descriptions, optimized inter-departmental communication and workflow, and trained and evaluated employees in multiple areas.

Since 2019, Jill has been working at Meridian IT Inc. In this company, they initially served as a Senior Operations Analyst, where they facilitated client meetings and business reviews, formatted and proofread contracts, and tracked the flow of client service agreements. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Operations Specialist - Team Lead, acting as a subject matter expert for Business Operations. Their responsibilities also include training and mentoring team members and establishing and overseeing team goals and processes.

Throughout their career, Jill Nyenhuis has demonstrated expertise in operations, quality assurance, process improvement, and team leadership. Their experience reflects a strong ability to manage and optimize business operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Jill Nyenhuis, CPCU obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completing their education there between 1981 and 1986. Jill also achieved a CPCU certification from The Institutes.
