Tage Klint has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Tage began their career as a History Teacher and College Counselor at Chicago Hope Academy in 2008. Afterwards, they joined CSC as an Application Associate Consultant, where they led various projects and developed process models for different teams. Tage then moved to Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Cloud Strategy Consultant and Cloud Consulting Services Consultant on several projects, including mergers and ERP upgrade initiatives. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience at Meridian IT Inc., where they are responsible for creating and overseeing the company's customer experience goals. Throughout their career, Tage has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in managing complex projects and delivering quality service to clients.

Tage Klint obtained a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Wheaton College in the years 2004-2008. In 2023-2024, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications as a Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist from Cisco and as a Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org.
