Lindsay Cope

Lindsay Cope is a Mediator and Program Associate in Meridian’s Dillon, Colorado office. She supports a variety of projects, focusing on areas such as climate change adaptation, voluntary carbon markets, and sustainable fisheries.

Prior to joining Meridian, Lindsay worked for a land trust in California that stewarded 8,000 acres of conservation easements and supported wildfire resilience planning in the wildland-urban-interface. She began facilitating early in her career, working with high school students in Maine and New Mexico to amplify student concerns around diversity and inclusion in their communities. She has also supported strategic planning initiatives with communities throughout the Coral Triangle Region in the western Pacific Ocean to advance sustainable fisheries and climate change resilience.
