Todd Barker is the CEO of Meridian Institute. Todd has previously served as a Senior Associate at The Keystone Center, a Research Fellow at the US EPA, and a Physical Science Technician at the US Forest Service.

Todd Barker has dedicated their career to environmental policy and sustainability. Todd has been a driving force behind some of the most important initiatives in these areas.

At Meridian Institute, Todd Barker has been instrumental in developing new ways to engage stakeholders in environmental policy debates and finding innovative solutions to complex problems. Todd has also worked tirelessly to build bridges between the scientific and policy communities.

Todd Barker’s work has been recognised by their peers and they have received numerous awards and accolades over the course of their career. In 2019, they were named one of the most influential people in environmental policy by Environmental Policy Outlook.

Todd Barker has a BS in Todd'story and an MS in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan.
