Eliana MacIel

Eliana Maciel serves as the Corporate Controller at Meridian Mining since September 2021. Prior to this role, Eliana was a Financial Analyst at Toyota Boshoku Canada, Inc. from February 2019 to October 2021, and has extensive experience at KPMG Brazil, where Eliana held various positions including Audit Manager and External Auditor from September 2005 to June 2018. With over 12 years of professional experience, including 6 years in managerial roles, Eliana has expertise in leading external audit teams and financial statement preparation, analysis, and review in compliance with BRGAAP, IFRS, and USGAAP. Eliana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidade Gama Filho and is a Chartered Accountant in Brazil, as well as a licensed auditor with the CNAI. Areas of experience include power utilities, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.
