Chad Carpenter

Chad Carpenter has over 19 years of work experience in the mortgage industry. Chad started their career as a Senior Loan Officer at Directors Mortgage Company in 2001 and then joined The Mortgage Guild as a Senior Loan Officer from 2002 to 2003. In 2004, Chad worked as a Branch Manager at All Fund Mortgage before moving to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Production Supervisor in the same year. From 2005 to 2008, they served as an Operations Manager at ProLender Solutions, Inc. and then became a Strategic Account Manager at Ellie Mae from 2008 to 2019. Chad continued their career at Mortgage Coach as a Director of Account Management from 2019 to 2020 and is currently the Director Of Business Development at MeridianLink since October 2020.
