Chris Lewicki

Chris Lewicki has extensive experience in various technology leadership roles. Chris currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at MeridianLink since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Perforce Software as the Vice President of Information Technology from August 2016 to December 2019, where they were responsible for IT strategy, information security controls, and compliance. Chris also led business/e-commerce applications and infrastructure/devops teams in AWS/Azure and data centers.

Before joining Perforce Software, Lewicki held the position of Vice President of Technology at Conga from September 2015 to April 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Infrastructure Services at GHX from April 2013 to August 2015, overseeing the transformation of technology teams into an integrated DevOps organization. At GHX, they delivered software in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and global data centers.

Lewicki also has experience in the energy sector, having worked as the Senior Director of Technical Operations at Tendril from August 2009 to December 2012. Chris led the strategic, tactical, and P&L operations of Tendril's technical operations, which provided SaaS and hosted solutions to energy providers and consumers in the Smart Grid energy market.

Earlier in their career, Lewicki held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Bonfils Blood Center, Openwave Messaging, and Information + Graphics Systems. At Hewlett-Packard, they served as the Director of IT, leading the implementation of business process, CRM, and ERP systems for Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Technical Support. At Bonfils Blood Center, they executed a successful turn-around of the IT organization, establishing leadership, strategy, governance, best practices, compliance, and key performance indicators.

Lewicki also played a significant role in the transformation of Openwave Messaging, where they served as the Director of IT, overseeing the transition from a start-up to a global publicly traded company. Chris established and implemented a global organization and enterprise applications.

Throughout their career, Lewicki has consistently demonstrated their expertise in driving IT strategy, managing infrastructure, leading DevOps transformations, and ensuring information security and compliance.
