Deborah W. Allen, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, operations, and workplace services. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate, Facilities and Workplace Services at MeridianLink since November 2018, Deborah reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a key role in developing real estate strategies and supporting integration efforts for acquisitions. Prior to this, Deborah held leadership positions at Syncsort and Vision Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included managing corporate services, property lease negotiations, and comprehensive operational oversight. Deborah's educational background includes an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organization Change from Pepperdine University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. In addition to professional endeavors, Deborah contributed as a volunteer for Relay for Life events in Mission Viejo and Anaheim Hills from 2010 to 2017.
