Juan Arturo Velasco Contreras has extensive work experience in software quality assurance. Juan Arturo started their career as an intern at ADIUT/MEXPROTEC in 2013. After that, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Texas Instruments, ensuring the quality of calculator models in digital versions across different operating systems and browsers. In 2014, they joined Accurate Background as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where they ensured the quality of integrated systems for more than 50 customers. From 2016 to 2018, Juan worked as a Software QA Analyst at CRIF Lending Solutions, validating system compliance and assisting the support team in identifying and duplicating issues. Currently, they are working at MeridianLink as a Software QA Analyst + L3 Support, contributing to the quality assurance and support of legacy software products while also validating system rebrandings and compliance with US regulations and laws.

Juan Arturo Velasco Contreras has a diverse education history. In 2010 to 2012, they attended Universidad Tecnológica del Norte de Aguascalientes and obtained a degree in Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, Juan attended Université de Lorraine and earned a Professional License in "Concepteur-Intégrateur de Systèmes Intranet/Internet" in the field of Computer Science.
