Kishore Shenoi

Kishore Shenoi has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kishore started their career as a Software Engineer at IT&T in 1990 and then worked as a Consultant at Deloitte in 1997. At SPI - Software Paradigms International, they served as an Engagement Manager, leading large business transformation projects for Macy's. Kishore joined IBM in 2006 as an Operations Manager, overseeing operational activities and managing financials for the WebSphere suite of products. After completing their MBA and MS in Operations Management at Georgia State University, Kishore joined Hudson's Bay Company as the Director of PMO, where they designed and deployed a new Project Management Office to support software development initiatives. Kishore then moved to CRIF Lending Solutions in 2013 as the VP of Software (Product) Development, responsible for integrating acquisitions and managing the development of multiple products. Currently, Kishore is working at MeridianLink as the SVP of Software Engineering, driving cloud migration initiatives and implementing CI/CD practices.

Kishore Shenoi has a well-rounded education history. Kishore obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Analytics and a Master of Science (MS) in Operations Management from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, during the period from 2008 to 2010. Earlier, in 1992, they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Harvard University. Furthermore, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics from Delhi University between 1985 and 1990.
