Shelley Garcia has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in NextGen Ambulatory Clinic EHR/EPM implementation, training, optimization, workflow analysis, testing, and installation. Shelley has worked at various healthcare organizations, including Meriplex, Reliable IT, COAL CREEK FAMILY MEDICINE, P.C., Flatirons Pediatrics, and Colorado Ob Gyn. At Meriplex, they currently serve as a Healthcare Business Application Analyst, while at Reliable IT, they were a NextGen Analyst Site Lead. Shelley held the role of Quality Care Manager at COAL CREEK FAMILY MEDICINE, P.C., overseeing quality programs and managing high-risk patients. Additionally, they worked as a Front Office/Project Manager at Flatirons Pediatrics, focusing on NextGen ambulatory EPM/EHR implementation and workflow analysis. Prior to that, they served as a Clinical Supervisor at Colorado Ob Gyn.
