Lisa is a Finance Specialist at Merit America. A roll-up-your-sleeves type of worker who enjoys creative problem solving, Lisa held a variety of accounting and administrative positions prior to joining Merit America. Lisa began her accounting career as a clerk for Central Wholesalers, a large multi-faceted distribution, manufacturing and service business in the Washington, DC area. She took on progressively responsible roles over the years and eventually served as their Vice President of Finance until the business was acquired by Lowe’s. After her career with Central Wholesalers, Lisa began assisting local business owners and community organizations with their accounting, sales tax, government compliance and administrative needs. She was drawn to Merit America’s mission and innovative workforce development solutions. Lisa was thrilled to find a role within Merit America that matches her skills and experience.
