Molly McLoughlin

Molly is the IT Lead at Merit America. Growing up around educators, Molly studied art & special education in college. Prior to joining Merit, she spent time in art grad school only to realize technology was art and income blended together and shifted her career to Apple retail. From there, she circled back into K-12 education where she worked for a decade supporting schools incorporation and understanding of technology. Molly is passionate about education and finding ways to work with people where they are to help them move to where they want to be. While working in K-12, she became a leader for a statewide program training high school students in IT fields and job coaching. Molly spends her free time conjuring up card games, paint nights, hiking with her partner & pups or filling up peanut butter kongs to keep her puppy and senior dog from household destruction.
