Ryan Ouellette is currently the VP of Program Operations at Merit America. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Dean of Workforce Development & Community Education at Eastfield College from December 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they oversaw strategic planning efforts for the newly established Career Development Center and launched an initiative to create viable internship programs with 5 university departments. Ryan also secured support from 25 local/multinational businesses and 5 foreign NGOs for the first-ever Career Fair.

From September 2015 to November 2016, Ryan was a Project Manager in Asia-Pacific for Global Corporate College. In this role, they taught English & Political Science to 100+ Kurdish, Arab, Yassidi, and Assyrian students.

Prior to that, they served as the Senior Program Officer for the Cleveland Council On World Affairs from February 2013 to September 2015. And before that, they were a Consultant/Interim Director for University of Duhok from September 2011 to October 2012.

Ryan began their career as the Program Coordinator for Political Science and Public Affairs at Seton Hall University from August 2008 to September 2011.

Ryan Ouellette has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Seton Hall University. Ryan also has a MPA/MA in public administration (nonprofit management)/diplomacy & international relations from Seton Hall University.
