Mindy Troutman is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in product marketing and innovation, particularly within the beauty industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Go-To-Market at MERIT since March 2025, Mindy previously held the position of Vice President of Global Product Marketing for Clinique Makeup, Fragrance, and Promotions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from August 2022 to March 2025. Mindy has also contributed significantly to L'Oréal as Vice President of Make Up Innovation, leading projects focused on key consumer trends and securing multiple USPTO patents related to digital makeup technology. Mindy’s past roles encompass various leadership positions in global marketing for brands such as Urban Decay and Maybelline, as well as strategic planning roles in advertising agencies. Mindy holds a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary Center and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
