Lillian Thompson Hawthorne has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lillian started their career at St. Dominic Hospital in 2011, where they worked as an Electrophysiology Staff Nurse and Team Leader. In 2015, they took on the role of RN Clinical Educator at the same hospital. In 2018, they joined Merit Health as the Director of Clinical Education. Lillian is known for their dedication to implementing best practice initiatives and their expertise in critical care, trauma, and electrophysiology nursing. Lillian is a self-motivated and adaptable healthcare professional.

Lillian Thompson Hawthorne, MSN, BSN, RN completed their Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Executive Nurse Leadership and Management at Walden University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
