Charlotte Brubaker

Charlotte Brubaker has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte began their career in 1992 as an Administrative Assistant at Clark Boardman Callaghan, where they worked until 1994. From 1995 to 1996, they held a similar position at Fluid Power Systems.

In 1996, Brubaker joined Allstate as a Human Resource Associate in the Talent Acquisition organization, where they managed Resumix software and administered applicant testing. Charlotte remained with Allstate until 2000.

Brubaker then transitioned to Hewitt Associates in 2000, working as a Business Analyst and supporting two primary clients on the Defined Contribution side of benefits. Their responsibilities included the voice application and the Hewitt benefits website materials. Charlotte stayed with Hewitt Associates until 2001.

Returning to Allstate in 2001, Brubaker took on increasingly senior roles within the Allstate Technology, Strategy, and Ventures organization. Charlotte started as a Business Analyst and worked their way up to Manager, then Senior Manager. In these positions, they led programs for Allstate's Family of Companies, drove the Agile transformation across the Technology Organization, and identified and delivered operational savings. Brubaker's tenure at Allstate lasted until 2023.

In 2023, Brubaker joined Merit Life Insurance Co. as the Director of Program Management.

Charlotte Brubaker attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Science degree with a field of study in Business Management. Furthermore, in September 2022, they earned the OBD Power Skills Allstar Learner certification from Allstate.
