A. Scott Anderson

Mr. Anderson contributes to the Board’s deliberations with more than 40 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. The Board believes Mr. Anderson provides insight regarding national and international financial and credit markets, as well as lending practices, which are valuable as they continue to implement the growth strategy. Mr. Anderson also contributes extensive business and corporate governance experience to the strategic planning and operational discussions of the Board. Mr. Anderson’s business and corporate governance experience have been instrumental in the deliberations of the Compensation Committee, which he chairs, and the development of executive compensation practices.
