Brent McDonald

Brent McDonald currently serves as Chief Counsel for Labor & Employment at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., a position held since August 2009. Expertise includes a wide range of employment law issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, and compliance with various federal and state laws, particularly in California and Texas. Prior to this role, Brent was an Associate Attorney at Snow Jensen & Reece, where litigation in employment law and other areas was a focus, and also engaged in corporate law by reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Brent's earlier experience includes serving as Of Counsel Attorney at Pate Pierce and Baird, participating in complex intellectual property law cases. Brent holds a JD with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and an MFA in Drawing and Painting from the University of Utah.
