Clayton Creamer

Clayton Creamer has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing roles. Clayton began their career in 2002 at EMD Millipore as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, where they developed and validated disposable housings with integrated filtration solutions. Clayton also served as a Production Supervisor, responsible for the financial performance of a large department and successfully increasing throughput by 30%.

In 2004, Creamer joined Millipore Corp as a Pilot Manufacturing Manager, leading product development programs and implementing standard operating procedures for sterile production. Clayton later became an Operations Manager at Millipore Corporation, with full P&L responsibility for multiple manufacturing areas and achieving significant efficiency gains through lean manufacturing concepts.

Creamer then transitioned to Teleflex Medical as a Plant Manager, overseeing a $50 million OEM medical device manufacturing plant. Here, they implemented business practices and drove continuous improvement throughout the organization, leading to consistent growth in profitability. Clayton also managed a site expansion project to grow capabilities.

Currently, Creamer serves as the Vice President of Operations at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. where they provide strategic leadership and oversight for two medical device manufacturing facilities. Clayton has successfully delivered cost reductions and margin gains through organizational restructuring and engagement at the floor-level.
