Karen Jawdek is an experienced Employee Relations Manager with over two decades in the travel industry, currently serving at Merit Travel Group since March 2002. Previously, Karen held the position of Operations Supervisor at Thomas Cook Group from 1998 to 2000, where responsibilities included managing call center operations, recruitment, sales, training, incentives, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff retention. Educational background includes studies at Sheridan College and Mayfield Secondary School.
